Shipping and Returns

We accept returns or exchanges on any product in new + unused condition within 30 days of when you receive it. There’s no restocking fee + return shipping is free for returns within the 48 contiguous US states. Living abroad? We're unable to provide shipping labels for international returns at this time. Any shipping costs, duties or taxes collected upon delivery will be nonrefundable.

We will not accept any items that look used or worn or are missing components (i.e. dust bag, drawstring). This is up to our discretion. If your return is not accepted you will be notified + it will be returned back to you.

In the event of a manufacturing defect email us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your name, order no. + photo if applicable.

Please email with your name, order no. + reason to begin your return or exchange. A return authorization + prepaid label will be sent within 72 hours. Do not return your item(s) without this authorization as it will not be processed. Once we receive your item we will process it within 3 business days, although it can take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
